We love Wheadon Farm Park in Draper, so when we heard there was a similar park in Spanish Fork, we decided we had to go check it out. Legacy Farms Park in Spanish Fork is a new park (2022) and the farm theme is so much fun. There is a lot to do at this little park.

Legacy Farms Park has a barn that is actually a playground. There are different climbing areas inside and slides coming out three of the four sides of the barn. Our boys favorite part of this barn was the climbing wall on the outside. It was just right for them. There are also smaller climbing sections for smaller kids, so they’ve done a nice job of making this fun for all ages.

Just outside of the barn, is a play tractor. It is a great spot to take a photo! There are some other small tunnels and climbing options in the bark area, too. This park also has swings by the playground, including a tire swing. We were amazed that Legacy Farms Park has such a variety of things to do for all ages.

One of our favorite things at this park is the scavenger hunt. Lots of newer parks have little scavenger hunts where kids can look for simple objects that are hidden around the playground. Our kids love to try and find all of them while they are playing. Make sure to find the scavenger hunt picture on the back of the barn and help your children find all of the objects.

This playground also has a basketball court, pavilion, bathrooms, a huge grassy area, and a fitness area. We walked over to look at this area, called the Fitness Court, and there are different physical activities you can do. Signs show what each of the stations are designed for, which is great for teenagers and adults.

We love finding new playgrounds to enjoy. Your family will love this cute little park. So make sure to add Legacy Farms Park in Spanish Fork to your list of parks to visit. And if you’re in the neighborhood, you can visit Adventure Heights which is a HUGE park and splash pad in Spanish Fork.
