Larry H. Miller Christmas Carole Sing-Along

Every year, the Larry H. Miller Family opens the doors to the Vivint Smart Home Arena for a FREE Christmas Sing-Along. We couldn’t wait to visit and participate because singing Christmas carols is one of our favorite holiday traditions. There are a lot of fun things happening at the Larry H. Miller Christmas Carole Sing-Along.

There are always special guest performers that come and sing with the symphony that plays the music. We were lucky enough to see the Bonner Family perform in 2018 (they are performing again in 2021). They also had a guest conductor (Sterling Poulson) to lead the audience in the songs. Poulson is the meteorologist for KUTV in Utah. The Jazz Bear was also running around having fun with the audience.

The Bonner Family were amazing!
One conductor leads the orchestra while another leads the audience.

All of the words are projected onto the big screens so you know what to sing. And there are so many people there, no one will know if you can’t carry a tune!

The words are on the screen, so everyone can sing!

One of the highlights is that they hand out free stuff. We each got a free cookie, plus some free tickets to the Bees Game and other things. The concessions are also discounted, so you can have tons of snacks.

The West Valley Symphony does a wonderful job.
There are a lot of people who attend.

Santa arrives at the end and sings a song with the audience. The kids were excited to see him! They also liked watching the big screen TVs in case their face made it up there, which happened to our boys once!

Our boys were excited for the Jazz Bear and Santa.

We really had a wonderful time at the Larry H. Miller Christmas Carole Sing-Along. And who doesn’t love a FREE event where you can sing as loud as you want? For other Free Christmas activities, check out our list of Free Christmas Activities.
