10 Amazing Things to do in Weber County

My grandparents lived in Weber County their entire married life. I spent a lot of time at their home near the mouth of Ogden Canyon and ate many meals at the Rainbow Gardens. But it wasn’t until we began exploring as Utah’s Adventure Family that I discovered all of the fun family activities in Ogden, and the rest of Weber County. There are a lot of things to do in Weber County, and we are still discovering more. So if you have a suggestion for us to try, please send us an email: info@utahsadventurefamily.com.

My family history is a huge part of this museum. There are a lot of pioneer artifacts in the Weber Daughters of the Utah Pioneers museum. Free entrance.

We love this trail near the mouth of Ogden Canyon. It walks through 3 different habitats in one trail, and it’s family-friendly.

This dinosaur adventure is a lot of fun. There is an indoor museum with lots of fossils, but the outside has large life size dinosaurs, and a fun playground. Kids love it!

We love going to Beus Pond in the winter to see the wood ducks. This spot is a beautiful little nature area with birds, deer, and a pond.

Willard Bay State Park

This park is popular in the summer for camping, swimming, and boating. We love coming around the holidays for their Fantasy at the Bay display.
