As I was sitting in the Lehi Library watching my two boys listen intently to a story we have at our house, (but for some reason it is better when they hear it at story time) I thought about all those people who don’t take advantage of story time. Most libraries offer story time for free, and it is such a great way to help your child develop a love for reading. Our library also does songs and movement activities which I love because it is hard for 2-4 year olds to sit still for 30 minutes. If you are not currently attending a story time at your library, I highly recommend it. I did a little bit of research on the some of the local libraries here in Utah County, but if you live somewhere else just look up your library online or give them a call.

American Fork: This library charges for their story times because they do a craft each week. I have heard they are really fun and amazing, but I have a hard time handing over the $10 for non-residents. If you live in AF it is only $5.
